Both are rated by two trained examiners against fixed criteria. Their two results are averaged and rounded to whole points out of 100. In our mock tests, Schreiben is marked by AI on the same four criteria (see how we grade); Sprechen is a guided self-check.

No. A module is passed from 60 points. With 59 or less that module is not passed, even if the other modules are very good.
F2How many questions do I need right in Lesen to pass?
18 of 30. The official table converts 18 correct answers to 60 points; 17 correct answers give 57 points.
F3Do the four module scores get averaged?
No. Each module is passed or failed on its own. You receive a result for every module you take.
